Under the new brand of Distrikt Homes Mike Pecchia's vision and industry experience combines with the leadership of Rob Barker, a builder and entrepreneur who has been building quality homes since 1987. MIKE PECCHIA

PRESIDENT & PROJECT MANAGER

Mike currently manages Distrikt's projects in addition to his ownership responsibilities. He began his career in the new home construction industry over a decade ago. He has worked his way up from the dirt to the corner office where he has made his dream of starting his own company a reality. Mike takes a hands-on approach to running Distrikt, and finds time to leave the office occasionally to be out in the field with his team.

ROB BARKER

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Rob was the founder and President of R.A.B. Properties Ltd. and is now Senior Vice President of Distrikt Homes. He has actively been involved in the land development and housing construction industry in the Lower Mainland for over 25 years.

ANDY DAVIDSON

SITE SUPERINTENDENT

Andy leads our sub-trades and staff toward excellence in his demanding role as our Site Superintendent. He has a strong background in new home construction, having previously worked in every aspect of the industry from foundations to finishing.

LUC DESCHAMPS

SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Luc makes sure that you are 100% happy with your new Distrikt home. He handles all aspects of our after-purchase customer care, from warranty questions to managing service requests.
