We manage all aspects of your new home’s construction, so all you have to do is relax, and pick out your new furniture.

Distrikt is not your average new home builder. The Province of British Columbia requires a minimum standard that all BC home builders must adhere to, which is known as the Residential Construction Performance Guide.

There when you need us

We know you’re busy. That’s why we have an independent dedicated customer care representative who is there to serve you. We only hire contractors who we know and trust, and they are always supervised by our staff so you don’t have to worry about it.

It comes down to the details. If we have to do a drywall repair, we’ll repaint the wall too even though the province says we don’t have to. We are grateful that you picked us to build your new home — after all, it’s one of the most expensive purchases of your life! We don't stop until you’re 100% happy, because that’s what we would expect if we were you.
